开云体育The 8520 has been mine since 2008. ?It was previously owned by an elderly gentleman who used ?it as a drill press . ?The are two tiny table divets under the vise which I had never seen before because I took the vise off from the first time last weekend. ?The ways are all tight. ?It had been properly lubed as long as I’ve owned it and all the screws have good feel and no lash that I’ve noticed. ?I bought a Wells-Index almost 10 years ago and the 8520 has had very little use since then. ?Tooling included is a set of MT2 collets, a set of MT2 end mill holder up to 3/4”, the vise, a 4” rotary table from LMS ?with all accessories, a Jacob chuck on a MT2 arbor and a box of assorted clamping pieces for the smaller t-slots of the mill. ?It is 120V single phase and has tge drum switch for reversal. ?All handles are there except for the vise handle. ?I have s Snap-On female 1/2” drive ratchet handle from the 1920’s that serves as my handle and I’ll throw it in with the mill.I don’t really paint of pretty up my machines as I’m too impatient and put them immediately into service. ? The 8540 has not ran since I purchased it. ?I bought new belts and some tooling but never got that all elusive round tuit to get it up and running. ?It will come with one 1”” Type A NMTB 30 arbor and an assortment of NMTB 30 end mill holders. ?It is 3ph and will need a VFD to run. ?I probably want $1000 obo from the 8540. ? If you don’t want the tooling or the little rotary table with the 8520 mill, the price can be adjusted. James On Jan 17, 2024, at 12:15?PM, Jim Irwin <jimairwin@...> wrote:
