??? ??? Thanks , about the only thing I really don't like about
cast iron is machining it , & well trying to weld it is a
close 2nd . You have to be in a real good clean up mood before you
start to machine .

because the casting cleaned up well before I was down the the size
Andy specified.? I undercut the tail stock side of the table
somewhat in order to hide the gib screws under the top table
surface.? I had fun machining that casting.? Messy, but it cut
like butter.? I wound up taking my mill table and knee apart for
cleaning and adjustment afterwards. Glad the mess made me do it.
