Do you have access to a working lathe and a chunk of aluminum to make your own pulley? In the long run, it may prove the best approach.

Subject: [atlas-craftsman IO] Need Pulley for Craftsman Speed-Reducing Attachment
?
I have a sad story to tell & hope that someone cam help me find a solution.? I have a Craftsman #101.03622 Drill Press.? I purchased on eBay a speed-reducing attachment.? They are not cheap!? The moron that shipped it too me did so in USPS paper envelope.? Yes, I said that correct, a paper envelope.? As expected, the pulley was bent/cracked beyond repair.? Long story short, for a reduced amount I kept the setup.? I assumed I could easily find a replacement pulley.? That has proven to not be an easy task.
I finally obtained a new/similar pulley to use.? It is on the drill press now, but I am not happy with it.? This replacement pulley is deeper than the originals.? Therefore, either the belt from the motor to the attachment, or the belt from the attachment to the spindle is not level.? Both cannot be level at the same time.
So, does anyone know where I might find a correct replacement?? Or know exactly which other pulleys are the same size?? The attachment fits into the 2 3/4" center pipe.? The pulley shaft is 5/8".
*Item when delivered*

Pulley Number

Current Setup.? You can see that the pulley is not the same depth/height as it should be.
