I've just now added the most recent Best of AWAW rules package to Files.? You can find these at

The changes are in the Effects of Fortifications appendix.? Briefly, fortresses and fortifications must be attacked at 1:1 odds or greater.? Also, Sevastopol does not provide DM modifications for Axis occupiers.
