A few years ago, I ran into issues logging into the FCC's web site and ended up calling their IT support.? They were actually quite helpful and friendly.?
The ARRL can renew your license (free for members, $25 for non-members, plus the $35 FCC renewal fee.)? See

In related news, my dad passed away in October at 94yo. He had had his license since 1947, meaning he had been on the air and around the world via the airwaves for 77 years. My brother recently assumed his call sign,?which family can do through the FCC, and so W5MTX will continue to be on the airwaves with the next generation of HAM operators in our family.?

Patti - there is a page with these instructions and a phone number:
If you experience problems or have other special circumstances associated with your password reset request, please call FCC Technical Support toll free at (877) 480-3201. Be sure to have your registered Username and FCC Registration Number (FRN) handy. After confirming your identity, the technical support representative will then assist you with your password-related issue.

I think that what you need to do is to go to?https://apps2.fcc.gov/fccUserReg/pages/login.htm and create an account, or if you already have one, request a new password on this page.

Hi all! I know some of you on here are ham license holders. I got mine on 9-26-2015 and it is time to renew. Naturally, I can't find the original document and when I searched for myself, nothing came up.
-
Any ideas why I'm not coming up in the database? (I thought it was good for 10 years?)
-
How to renew at this point
Thanks!!
