In related news, my dad passed away in October at 94yo. He had had his license since 1947, meaning he had been on the air and around the world via the airwaves for 77 years. My brother recently assumed his call sign,?which family can do through the FCC, and so W5MTX will continue to be on the airwaves with the next generation of HAM operators in our family.?

Ham license renewal

开云体育

Hi all! I know some of you on here are ham license holders. I got mine on 9-26-2015 and it is time to renew. Naturally, I can't find the original document and when I searched for myself, nothing came up.

  1. Any ideas why I'm not coming up in the database? (I thought it was good for 10 years?)
  2. How to renew at this point

Thanks!!
Patti?
