This Thursday (6/8) at 3pm Edward Vielmetti, the organizer of the Community Information Corps, will talk about RSS and syndication in the West Hall connector
conference room. The session will cover the history of RSS, standards development, and how RSS is used for producing, consuming, and reusing information
on the Internet. This talk will also provide context and examples of how RSS effects users of blogs, how RSS is used by systems like aggregators, and how RSS is being used by communities and libraries.
