I can vouch for Desi Ruchulu (ordered a few different dishes for a Girl Scouts meeting, the scouts enjoyed it) and the Hawaiian BBQ place on Eisenhower (counter-service, atmosphere is meh but the Tempura Spam Musubi was great and my kid loved the sushi).
Also would be interested in checking out (fka Bangkok Cuisine) at Stone School and Ellsworth sometime.

Thinking about some restaurants that we as a group
have not been to because they are new since 2020.
Downtown
Stray Hen - sandwiches - Washington at Division.
the new Peruvian place on N Main at Miller (ex Broken Egg)
Jagged Fork, S Main
Miss Kim, Kerrytown (a little bit pricey)
East Ann Arbor
Achilles - diner
Desi Ruchulu Indian Cuisine - Packard/Platt
Southwest side
a Hawaiian BBQ place - Cranbrook
Godaiko - Japanese - off Ann Arbor Saline
Any other ideas or suggestions or non-recent favorites?
Mostly I'm trying to get some ideas for the theme of
"I've never been there let's try that".
thanks
Ed
