And according to SouWestern expert for D&RGW Bob Webber being an accurate car for C&O types, the dome is perfect for the 3 cars D&RGW bought in lieu of C&O to augment their steel fleet, and extended them with annex vestibule-

I thought they might have been an OEM since the Rowa cars have the
same metal-with-one-wheel-insulated axles and wheels as used on my
Atlas cars.
Also, I believe that Con-Cor sold Rowa cars under their brand, as I
also have a set of D&H cars that came in Con-Cor boxes with the
dot-matrix printed end labels. Unfortunately I had to dispose of the
boxes as they'd been wet and smelled pretty bad. I'm surprised that no
one bought those molds when Rowa went under, they were quite detailed
for the time.
