Make sure the insulated wheels (the ones with the black insert pressed into the center of the wheel match up for each truck, when looking at the car turned upside down the one truck they are on the same side and the other truck they are on the other side. Make sure that the wipers do contact the axles. I remember trying to run a City Of Los Angeles with eight Atlas cars and five Con Cor cars, the drag from the wipers required four powered PA1s to move the thing. At full throttle it hardly went over a scale 20 mph because of the draw from the light bulbs.?
