I remember seeing the brown flat but can't say for certain if it had dimensional data on it or not ? The blue Flat doesn't look prototypically correct to me even though it was a offering from Atlas at the time. Most flats were painted black or brown at the time and can't see a railroad and/or customer paying ?extra cost to paint a run of cars blue. I could be completely wrong but history shows most the the time businesses run with what they got. Use the paints they have on hand.
