All, we took advantage of the nice day and started installing the Meshtastic Repeaters on Signal Hill and the Indian Prairie Schoolhouse towers. ?The early results are fantastic!
So, both repeaters are able to mesh with each other. ?In addition, I¡¯m able to hit the repeaters from Pacific, Villa Ridge, Hwy 50 and I-44, East Central College, Hwy 47 and Hwy V, all high points along Hwy V to Hwy 100, HWYs V & T @ Hwy 100, and all high points until the descent into Labadie.
We plan to get a repeater installed in Augusta and St. Clair. ?We have a test repeater installed in Sullivan, but not at it¡¯s final resting place.
Long story short, this has proved to be far more reliable than we had anticipated. ?Big shout out to Jeff who climbed two towers today to make this project a reality.
