sent out promptly upon congressional approval of the funding
expenditure. I ask for your patience in this manner as it takes some
time occasionally for these matters to be properly routed and
resolved, but please continue to reserve the maroon and yellow
position until that time. :-D
While I never had the opportunity to meet Bill K, I know he is much
revered in the community and retiring the silver and gold position
only seems fitting.
