I bought my ties from Fast Tracks. They sell both PC ties and wood ties. The wood ties are
marked N scale and ned to be cut down to size. You might als want to check with Republic
Lomotives Works. My Local hobby shop sells code 100 rail ant ties for HO guys.

Where would a good source of ties be. If I have to cut them myself, is
there wood cut to the right dimensions and I just need to cut to length.
