This thread raises a posibility. What about a three day convention on a cruise ship? If not a a
real one what about one on the Queen Mary in Long Beach CA next time the NTS is in LA.

That's a great idea. What a perfect place to hold a convention.
Randy - if they do not have trains, and I am sure they do not, just
buses, then we will all bring our own.
I can see the Headlines - Trains descend upon calm peaceful Pacific
Island of Tahiti. Diesel fumes, coal smoke, and hot steam invade
the idyllic islands of Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea. I can't wait
to go, and I have always wanted to go there. Is there a convention
hotel lined up yet? My wife is finally willing to go to a train
convention. 2007????
