Khadashee stood at once gripping the rail so hard her knuckles turned white as the Serenity burst into a fury of energy. As the ship began to back up and away, her eyes landed on the man ?who had practically raised.

She tapped her chest twice with a fist. Since Sa’id had been her father’s trusted advisor, and so close to her family and her father he would know what the gesture meant… I'm sorry and I love you

Sadness?filed Sa’id’s face just as the Serenity reversed and Draven pulled her away upto the hel, tears filled her eyes. Had she just condemned them to die…to run for the rest of their lives… she didn't know just knew that walking driving into such a place with a death sentence to him.

When she heard him order cannons. She touched his shoulder. “Please no,” she whispered. But she could say nothing more or she would burst into tears.

Khadashee nodded but went quiet again. There was a visible tension in her body. The way she held her hand. Her stance. She was worried.?

Sa’id did not follow. It wasn’t his place to anymore. However, a figure joined him on the deck of his ship as the Serenity sailed away. The figure spoke to the people around him. And much like on the Serenity a fury of activity began. Activity the ended with Sa’id and his crew be taken into custody.

Draven had watched what was happening on the other ship with interest, but didn't comment on what he saw. Instead, he turned back to the helm and continued to steer them out of the harbor and into open waters.

Once there he ordered all sails to be made full and within minutes, all the sails were dropped, opened with the full wind in them and the Serenity picked up speed.?

Khadashee sat quietly looking out at the sea before her. Her mind was turning, swirling as she sat and thought about all that she had been through...what was happening to her. She was pregnant. That much she knew now. And it was Draven's. She was sure she saw Bakari. And she was sure he had just imprisoned Sa'id. And it was because of her. She was going to have to live with that. Have to live with the fact that she had killed a man who practically raised her. She nibbled her lip. What has she done.?

Draven finished speaking with Eryc and his navigator. Damon has been let out of the brig and was now on deck, following the orders of some of the crew. He had seen the look on the lady's face and decided now would not be a good time to bother anyone. He would simply do what was asked of him.

Draven saw that Damon was doing what he was told and quickly moved to Khadashee.? He took her by the hand, and lead her from the deck to their cabin. Once inside, he wrapped her in his arms and held her. He wanted to say something to her, but didn't know what to say. So simply just said, "I am sorry." He didn't know how she would interpret it, he didn't know what he was meaning, just felt that it was something that needed to be said.

Khadashee held him tight. She heard his words and pulled back to look into his face. She touched his cheek gently and kissed his lips. "You didn't do anything to be sorry for. That is unless...you are sorry you love me? Is that the case Draven? Are you sorry that you have become wrapped up in the drama that is my world...my life. If you are, I don't blame you. Feel free to cut your losses and either drop me off at the next port or cast me into a dingy to sail back to Djibouti, I would hold no ill will towards you if you."
