Ashton was not happy at losing a friend, but he could get there only to eye and
identify the body.??He would go see Arrow as soon as this was over but he needed
to get to ZsaZsa first.? She had
questions to answer.? The look on his
face was relaxed but he had been with Katya long enough for her to know that it
was more a frustrating concern.? She
could still read him, he couldn¡¯t remember when they weren¡¯t lovers in his
heart she had always been that missing piece¡vampire or no.? It was something about loving another
immortal, he was a fallen, she was a vampire and now with a daylight ring, they
could truly be together...forever?? He
wasn¡¯t sure if they could work together, he was hoping that they could but he
wasn¡¯t sure right now.? He could be moody
as hell when he was on a mission and his current mission was protecting his
woman...at least her reputation.?
He smirked as she
bypassed all of his fake bull that made him unreadable by most people save
her.? He so wanted to grab her and slam
her into the walk and take her right there¡he was in the mood to have her
yes¡but not make love to her.? But that
was something that would have to wait as well.?
"You look amazing as always, my heart."
He listened to her
and shook his head as he smirked she was clearly in his mind but still wanted
to know where he was currently.? ¡°I don¡¯t
see the reason to rush to Arrow if he is already dead!? He will still be dead when we get there.? I need an answer from ZsaZsa first..before
someone else gets to her.¡±? He put his
glasses on that would change in the light, but they hid the true color of his
eyes, instead of the almost electric green, at least most of the time.? He looked at her and smirked, snatching the
keys out of the air, that she had tossed to him.??He waited for her to
get in as he mentally mapped out the places that ZsaZsa might have been and one
stood out over all others.
It was a safe house that he knew about if she was truly on
the run she might go there.? It was the
one place that he knew about from her and Arrow.? He liked to keep tabs on those he worked with, he knew of
her but he didn¡¯t think she would give him bad information without reason¡why
and what was the reason?? If she knew
Arrow was dead she would make it a point to get scarce so he would need to get
to her soon, like yesterday.
Once she had¡he turned to kiss her deeply, wantonly,
passionately.? Sure it was the wrong
time, but he didn¡¯t know when they would get another chance.? There were times when he shifted to work mode
he forgot he was love with the most beautiful woman on the planet and he never
wanted her to wonder if he still loved her.?
This was why chose now to remind her in case he got into himself.??He let their lips and tongues dance for a few moments before
letting the kiss break as he looked into her eyes.? ¡°Yes, I love you!¡±? He said before finally pulling out of the
drive and headed to the place where ZsaZsa was most likely to be.

Katya had been with Ashton long enough to know exactly what he was thinking, and feeling.? Most of the time she read his mind as he seemed to no longer try and keep her out of it.? Once they were settled in the car he turned and gave her a deep kiss.? She melted into it and returned it with just as much passion.? "I love you too!" She responded.? "Now, let's go."
As he started driving, she dialed Eryk.? "What happened at the docks?" she asked the phone.? She listened while her man explained.? "How many did we actually lose?"? she listened, "and the product?" After a few more moments of listening, "thanks, Eryk.? I will be in touch soon.? Working on things from this angle." She hung up the phone.
"Seems that before you showed up at the East Dock someone else did and they tipped off my crew of you coming.? By the time you got there, most of them and my product had moved from there to another location.? The ones you attacked were the stragglers."? She informed Ashton.
