Re: Raconteur City: The Turning (Pyp, Kutsuki, NPC Nicolas)
[Kutsuki] Kutsuki felt his heartbeat elevate and goosebumps line his skin, pupils dilating as he looked at this man whose presence seemed as natural as the air around them.? Nicholas was entirely intoxicating, whether it was due to his charisma, his cologne or something entirely different.? Whatever it was, it took Kutsuki way too long to realize that their hands were not only touching, but twined together like a braid and the thought of it suddenly terrified him, causing him to stop and yank his hand back, rubbing it. "No, you either call me Kutsuki or Eraisama.? Those are your two choices.? The others are null and void," Kutsuki spat out, glaring at Nicholas with all the fury of the sun.? Though the more he looked into the stranger's eyes, the more he felt his defenses melting away like candle wax and the desire to hold his hand again was rising like the fever in his body.? "IF we're going to play, then we play by MY rules.? Got it?? Now, take my hand again," he demanded. "As for what I like?" the white haired summoner mused, coming closer to the stranger as he pressed one sharp fingernail to his chest, tracing the swirl of the tattoo that was peaking out until he reached the edge of the V of his shirt, and then pulled him even closer.? "How about what I don't?? I don't do crowds, or other people.? If I let you take me to this club, then it's only going to be you and me.? A room all to ourselves.? Is that a deal?" Re: Raconteur City: It's Just Business (Colin, Victoria)
¿ªÔÆÌåÓý(Colin) Colin looked at Victoria, "I thought we would try a different approach than, 'killing them off on paper,' geesh, never let me try things my way. Anyway, won't the families being wanting a body to bury or some proof that they are dead? I know we have had that issue before. And I was asking if the business man had any one to care for his children...you said he was a father. Him I was going to let be killed off on paper. I thought it would be fun to let the diplomat's daughter convince her father that she was accepting a job in the US." He walked over to his sister and looked at the files. Victoria Victoria blinked at her brother¡¯s words. Usually she handle the behind the scenes with the product and he handle buttering up the buyers. That was what made them such a successful team, they knew their roles and played their parts well. So?His outburst?took her aback.? Even his words¡he was going to let¡very odd choice of words for him.? ¡°I had no idea you felt so strongly about the situation.¡± She said handing him the files. ¡°Please by all means hand the situation the way you see fit, Brother.¡± She said going quiet. |

Re: A Pirates Life (Khadashee and Draven)
(Khadashee) Khadashee smirked. Then shook her head. ¡°Do you think I¡¯m so na?ve? Do you think I¡¯m unaware of the many ladies and wenches and women you have bedded? You¡¯re a pirate Draven. I wouldn¡¯t be surprised if you had more children other than Bridget out there that you didn¡¯t know about.?What I wanted was an apology Draven. Not confirmation of your status with Lily. The fact that you didn¡¯t even think to give it says a lot about what you think about me.¡± She paused. ¡°I have been nothing but transparent with you about everything that has happened in my life since the moment you said You loved me. All of those many nights on ship I laid beside you, cuddled up in your arms, and you listened to me share my everything I am with and you said not a word. ¡°You brought me here under the guise of showing me your secret island, telling me you wanted to keep me safe.?When you told me about this island you could¡¯ve mentioned Bridget and Lily right then, but you didn¡¯t. When you told pack a bag, twice, I said I¡¯ll just go to the seamstress and have her make me something new, knowing who the seamstress on this island was, you could have told me then, but you didn¡¯t. When we landed on the island you could¡¯ve told me right then, but you didn¡¯t. as we walked through the jungle you could¡¯ve told me right then, but you didn¡¯t. With those words she stepped out the cabin doors walking back towards the trail. (Draven) At first Draven stood in shock, then he moved, quickly, "wait, wait...stop, Khadashee!" He ran after her and made his way to stop her. He grabbed at her hand and managed to get in front of her, "Honestly, I truly didn't know how to tell you about Bridget. And none of this was done with manipulation in mind...I would never try and manipulate you. Please, don't run away! I am sorry for not telling you about her sooner...I wanted to so many times, but then something happened or the subject was not the right one or I don't know...I just didn't know how. And no, this is not where I bring my impregnated women. Only you and Lily have ever carried my children. Please tell me you understand? If not, then I will let you go and I won't stop you from leaving the island. I will even escort you to a ship that I know will take you were you want to go without trying to enslave you again. Re: Raconteur City: The Awakening (Posting Order: Scarlett, Kitty/Katya, Hollywood/Diego/NPC Isabel, Ariein, open) Add your name as you join the thread.
(Scarlett MacAleister) Scarlett knew Hollywood likely did not know about her exile from the vampire ranks, so she figured someone would brief her after she made her introduction.?She stepped forward, dressed in a tight black leather body suit and black leather jacket. Scarlett bowed, her red hair falling forward off her shoulders as she did so.?"I am Scarlett MacAleister, formerly a Protector of the vampire nation," she announced herself. "I am at your service, your highness." (Hollywood/Isabel) Hollywood looked the red head over as she introduced herself. Once she was finished speaking, Hollywood looked to Isabel to fill in the blanks. Quickly, Isabel, pulled up the file on Scarlett and handing the tablet to Hollywood. While Hollywood looked it over, Isabel spoke to Scarlett and all those present. "Prince Hollywood does not like to be called your highness. She prefers, Prince, Sire or Liege, thank you." Hollywood finished the file and handed the tablet back to Isabel, "I am not the queen of England. So, Ms. Scarlett, what news do you bring forward?" She asked not saying anything about her being previously exiled. Tag: Ariein, Scarlett |

Colin listened to his sister. "For the daughter, we will send daddy a nice little gift that his daily was accepted into a high paying job here in the states and that she will let him know how she is doing from time to time." He walked up to the girl of discussion and raised her head to look her in the eyes and using mind control told the girl that she was to call her daddy and tell him what he needed to say on order for him to be convinced to not come looking for her.?

"Now, the business man, is he married? Does the child or children have some one to take care of them should he disappear?"

She also found it fascinating that the young man had carried on the tradition of his family in this day and time. Especially when so many young people were giving up family traditions and going in for their own place in the world. The fact that Jaimie had stayed on as a servant at a quaint castle run by and eccentric old laid was a tell in and of itself. It also spoke to his character. And then he said something that she didn¡¯t expect. Someone like you¡The statements stung. It didn¡¯t sound at all generous. Sam didn¡¯t like the way it made her feel. Re: Raconteur City: The Turning (Pyp, Kutsuki, NPC Nicolas)
(Kutsuki) ? "No, you're not wrong...Nicholas," Kutsuki paused, heavily sighing.? "Is it that obvious?? What gave it away?" ? It wasn't that he was so much interested in idle chatter, he told himself, but more so because he was intrigued by this stunningly beautiful man. There was something different about him, something that Kutsuki deduced, was a bit inhuman.? Why would he not, after all, react with revulsion if it was otherwise?? His skin would have been lined with goosebumps even within 5 feet of his person and was just enough to tilt him in the direction of compliance. ? "What kind of a place is the Dragon's Claw?? Who are its patrons?"? A more neutral question, he hoped, than outright asking if it was full of human.? "I'm Kutsuki, but you can call me Eraisama," he introduced himself, stretching out his hand, however it was trembling.? He was nervous to find out what this one's touch was really like and whether he would be truly repulsed. ? (NPC Nicolas) ? Nicolas saw the shaking of the lad's hand, but didn't hesitate to shake it, "I think I will call you Suki instead, don't want to call you what everyone else does." He said with a wink as he felt the mutual attraction between the two. ? He shifted his hand and his body around so that they were suddenly holding hands as they walked down the street. It had happened so fast that Kutsuki wouldn't have realized it until they were walking hand in hand, "or I can call you Kuti...which do you prefer?" ? "Oh, the Dragon's Claw has quite an eclectic group of patrons, from the boring house moms looking for a wild time to those seeking pleasures of a different kind. What sort of things do you like?" ? (Pyp) ? Pyp raised his eyebrows at the stranger's words. "Suki?? Kuti?? Really?"? He then realized that the stranger - Nicholas? - was also holding Kutsuki's hand.? While they were moving down the street, no less.? The fresh-faced demon wondered how his touchy master was going to react to all of this sudden familiarity and intimacy.? He couldn't imagine that it would be good. ? And yet, what if this was what his eraisama was needing.? Maybe he needed being dragged over those personal boundaries.? It was possible, Pyp thought.? And unlike him, his master couldn't simply order this stranger not to touch him or come too close.? The evening was proving to be most interesting.? Most interesting indeed.? Taking a sip from his drink, the demon continued to listen with keen interest. ? Tag: Pyp, Kutsuki? ? |
Re: Port Vega: Condolences and Some Sympathy(Keira and Raine)
(Raine) He arched an eyebrow, not expecting this at all...(respectful and polite?? Who are you and what the hell have you done to Kiera my...)? He stopped that thought, but he continued to listen.? "Soft heart?!?? That is an understatement.? I understand you may not have had a family.? I did, telling me to get over it or that my mourning had to be over by today...was the wrong way to go.? I had a falling out with my family, my sister was my best friend, none of them deserved to die the way they did!??So your words were in poor timing and poor taste."? He sighed as he looked at her, in truth he really was all cried out!? But, the anger and his boldness still remained. "I think you know how I feel about you and if you don't...you should!? If you don't want me...or want this.? It would be best for you to tell me now!"? The only thing she had going for her right now was that he was in love with her, so despite his anger at her...he really had heard her apology. (Kiera) She had expected his anger but when he suddenly put words in her mouth she simply smiled and took a breath before speaking. "I never told you to get over it or that your mourning had to be done by today. You misinterpreted what I said. I meant that I hoped the way you were last night would be better handled by today." She paused for a moment, then, " as for feelings about each other, I do not feel this is the nest time or way to have that conversation. You are hurting and angry, so we should table that discussion. Do you agree?" Tag: Raine? |
Re: A Pirates Life (Khadashee and Draven)
(Khadashee) Khadashee was quiet throughout the walk. She noticed the pace he set, his demeanor. In Her mind, she was thinking, contemplating, considering. When he spoke about the cabin she heard him but she did not reply verbally, only a nodded of her head. When he opened the door for her she stepped in and looked around but still did not speak. However when he did she turned to him. Her hands folded demurely before, her expression serene. His words were telling. Oh so telling. ¡°Is that? He felt the uncomfortableness of the position he was in and the chill of the air on his bare skin...then the sedative worked it's magic once again and he was unconscious once more. Re: Port Vega: A Moment of Passion (Del, Mia)
(Del) Del quickly followed suite, kicking her shoes off as well.? "Feels wonderful, right?" she giggled, pulling back from the kiss and nodding down at their bare feet that were visibly enjoying the plushness of the floor carpets.? "And I can tell you that it won't give you rug burn," she went on as her hands dropped to Mia's skirt, deftly unfastening the other woman's miniskirt and letting it fall to the floor, "if we don't make it to the bed." ? The sweater pullover was the next to go, though Del stopped with it halfway off of Mia's head, leaving her lower face open but her eyes covered.? Resuming the devouring kiss, she ran her hands over the other woman's torso, dropping the bra to the floor so that Mia's warm firm breasts were now bare to her caresses.? (Mia) "Mhhum," Mia said in response to the comment about the rug. As Del worked to remove her clothing, Mia worked the lower half of Del's as well. When the woman went to caress her breasts, she finished removing her sweater, then worked Del's top off...slipping it over the head. It wasn't long before all of their clothing laid on the floor around then in various piles. Mia slipped her hands around Del's waist and lifted her to allow her to wrap her legs around Mia's waist. Once there, the kissing continued as she moved then from the wall to the space in front of the fireplace. She lowered them to the floor... Tag: Del |

Re: Port Vega: Taking the Reins (Macamber, Brandon)
? (Macamber)? ? "I can't say about what your father loved or didn't love," Macamber replied. ?"I only know that he considered you the better choice to run his empire. And when it came to business, your father never let emotion sway him.? Your brother made his choices, and so your father made his.? For the good of the company." She hesitated, then shrugged and added "Perhaps for the good of all concerned."? ? "We are still working on the report about the crash," the security chief went on, "though at this point we're of the opinion that it was not an accident, that it was in fact sabotage.? Sabotage with the intent of assassination." ?She picked up a separate document and flipped a page over. ?"The androgyne, Gen, was able by some extraordinary means to detect and isolate a chemical found in the water at the crash site, a sample of which she was able to provide us with.? Our analysis determined that this was a military-grade explosive, extremely powerful and extremely difficult to make.? Our analysts estimate it wouldn't have taken more than a few ounces to produce the explosion that destroyed the helicopter.? Something that small would've been easy to conceal in the interior of the helicopter.? How it got there and where it came from is where we are now concentrating our efforts." ? "This is why we are taking measures to insure your safety and the safety of everyone else associated with your father's work and his projects. Whomever was behind this, we doubt that your father's assassination was their only objective." ? "My only suggestion is that you take the time you need to..." Macamber paused, considering her word choice, then went on "process your grief. And to familiarize yourself with the extent of your father's assets and operations.? All legal, administrative and technical staff are at your disposal.? I've taken the liberty of keying over his access codes to you, including the ones you'll need in his personal office.? Which, of course, is yours now." ? "We've managed to round up the androgyne, Gen, and the winged youth Kites. They are now secure within our facility.? We're still looking for the water-shaper, Mia.? She has not yet responded to my messages, but we do not think she is in any immediate danger." ?Her expression darkened a bit as she continued. ?"We are also looking for your brother, Raine.? We need to inform him, of course.? But we also need to determine if he had any involvement with the assassination." She held up a hand as if to ward off any objections. ?"I know it's not something you want to even consider, but it _is_ necessary. At least until we know who or what was behind this attack." ? (Brandon) Brandon listened to Macamber, he listened intently. ? He wanted to laugh at her, he knew of the will, but the public will was what remained¡the private will was what he had access to.? He knew the truth, it was all left to Ireland!? In truth, he wasn¡¯t mad nor angry.? It made sense.? She was better suited, she was smart, diplomatic, resourceful, headstrong, and beautiful.? There were so many days he wished she wasn¡¯t his sister, but then he remembered Raine¡¯s words which told him, he never really stood a chance! ? ? ?His brother often used that to remind him of his weakness, even last night he accused him of letting it happen, of not being there!? Of letting her spend more time with Dad, instead of being there for her.? The first time he gets a woman, he turns his back on everyone¡Ireland was always in his corner and he still didn¡¯t believe or trust her.? He figured she only came back to show him up¡when in truth he needed to step up.? He was not going to be their leader if he was too busy pining after a woman! ? ? ?He found himself listening to the woman before him whose words truly fell on deaf ears.? Ireland was the heir apparent and Raine and he was to support her.? The two boys would have to share the throne and only if Raine made amends and came back.? He knew that wasn¡¯t happening.? Raine told him in so many words that Ireland¡¯s death was his fault and he was NEVER coming back! ? ?He couldn¡¯t agree more!? Had she been with him instead of in that copter she would still be alive to run the company so it was, his fault!? He played the tape over and over again in his head¡ ¡®I love you¡but you don¡¯t love yourself enough to be concerned for anyone else¡but you!¡¯ That was what he heard!? It was true, every woman he ever found himself going after seemed to feel the same thing¡and none of them wanted a weak man! Someone that didn¡¯t think they were worthy themselves!? How could he value them, if he didn¡¯t value himself? ? ? ?He wasn¡¯t a hero because he put others first!? He was a hero because he couldn¡¯t be killed!? Because every day he went out there¡he wanted to die! ? He made sure those around him were safe, that was why he put himself in harm¡¯s way.? He was a coward! ? In so many, many ways.? He didn¡¯t stand up to his father, he didn¡¯t take responsibility, he didn¡¯t honestly try to be someone that Ireland could love and respect. ? He honestly wasn¡¯t brave enough to pull the trigger himself! All of the criminals and villains that he put away, never learned his secret! ?¡®How do you kill a man with nothing to live for?¡¯ ?The pain and hurt of never feeling good enough, never feeling worthy, lived and breathed in him.? To those looking in, he was son to one of the richest men in the country if not the world, what could he want for, be depressed about.? And yet every day he walked around as he had given up on life.¡®He was six feet from the edge and the drop didn¡¯t seem that far down!¡¯ ?He just wasn¡¯t willing to take it! ? ?His father could not in good conscious leave the company to him.? Too many lives depended on him.? That was the irony of this situation!? Now they depended on him anyway.? He was on the road to nowhere¡and he was trying to escape! ? ? ?He could only smile to mask the pain. ?¡°The better choice?? I see.¡± ?He could only sit and listen his fingers steepled in front of him. ?¡®If she only knew!¡¯ ?He thought looking at the woman before he speak. ? ?¡®Good for the company¡try last resort!¡¯ he licked his lips. ?¡®Not an accident!¡¯ ?His attention perked up. ? ? ?He listened to all of the information. ?¡°Time is something none of us have any more¡¡±He looked at her. ?¡°Process grief?? How do you propose or when do you, propose that I do something like that Macamber?? I have a company to run, bills that need to be paid, projects to finish.? People¡¯s lives and livelihoods to contend with.? I don¡¯t have time to mourn now.¡± ?He looked up, there was a fire of boldness within his eyes. ? ?He heard of the investigation, ¡°I need that to be put on high priority, I will go through the books this weekend.? I should be ready by Monday.¡± ?He looked up. ?¡®Everything that was my father¡¯s was now mine¡I am his successor by default!¡¯ ?He really let that sink in.? Chord chose Ireland but she wasn¡¯t there to take over so rather than bringing in an outsider it fell to him. ? ? ?He found himself chuckling, as he listened to where his two teammates were. ?¡®They were secure in each other¡¯s arms right now. ? He would page Mia again to make sure she was safe.¡¯ ? ?¡°Raine had nothing to do with this¡I can assure you!¡± ?He said still rubbing his jaw, recalling the fight from last¡this morning.? With all of his skill, Raine wasn¡¯t that good of an actor.? He tore into him after finding out that Ireland really was gone. ?¡°And he already knows.? I can call him, I can even give you his number, but he won¡¯t be stepping foot inside of here without trying to bring the building down around our ears. There has been enough bloodshed with my family thank you.? Leave him where he is¡please.¡± He paused, ¡°he might have hated our father, for whatever reason, he might have been angry at Harrison, but he respected her.? He loved Ireland like a pair of lucky drawals.? If he did it, I will have been duped by him, yet again!? But right now there will be no me and him together unless it is on the battlefield.? Whoever killed our sister better pray I find them first.¡± ?He could only imagine what someone with deity-like power would do to someone like that! ? ?¡°Anything else Ma¡¯am?!?¡± ?Brandon was aware and focused right now.? He might mourn days, even months later, but right now he was in that place of just getting things done. Tag - Macamber, Brandon |
Re: Raconteur City: Men and Searching (Ashton, Cho, open)
(Ashton)
"Who are you and what are you doing here?" He asked stopping himself from trying to reach for a weapon and deal with someone who had nothing to do with this as a whole, to the best of his knowledge anyway. (NPC Lina) "I'm Lina...I live there," she pointed to the door on the opposite side of the hallway, a little ways down from Arrow's place, "I haven't seen them in a while so when I saw the door open thought they were back and bumped into the table. Who are you?" (Cho) "Ouch you are kinda violent!"? He said with a smirk that turned into a smile, she was cute and that was kinda hot.? He hadn't quite sworn off women yet, his redhead quote was almost filled for this month though, sure that was his weakness.? But Kitty made the cut anyway.? "So since we are playing this particular game, lets play."? He was good at multitasking and it would keep his mind off of how good his bestie looked despite the fact that she might come looking for him for the wrong reason.? "Where do you know Kitty from?"? He asked. He worked on her drink easily as it had become second nature to him.? "Ok now, would you rather?have telekinesis (the ability to move?things with your mind) or telepathy (the ability to read minds)?"? He asked since she was in his space and just chatting. (NPC Blake) "Oh, please, if you were given a choice on? how to be killed wouldn't you choose the least amount of pain as possible." Blake said as she watched him work. "Kitty, everyone knows Kitty...she isn't exactly a quiet one, now is she." She passed him some cash as he handed her the drink, "I can only pick one, okay I would choose telekinesis. I don't think I would want to know what others are thinking. What about you, Cho?" Tag: Ashton and Cho |
Re: High Moon Tales. Tales of the Wicked West.
[Sicilien] "You don't understand what it's like for me to lose, gain, and lose again the essence of my life!" the bounty hunter snapped, his eyes throwing daggers at the medicine man and his gun slinging lover.? "Like a ghost she came into existence, and like a ghost she left it.? Poof.? Smoke and mirrors."? But he was no fool.? Sicilien immediately dropped his hold on Flynn's collar when the cold hollow of the metal barrel kissed the skin on the back of his head.? He drew his hands up, stepping away from Flynn, wearing a scowl on his face but making no other movements that would cost him the one price he wasn't willing to pay.? Yet. ? "My apologies," he finally said after taking a few deep breaths, counting to ten, and then relaxing, his shoulders drooping in response.? Sicilien touched the stone wall of the cavern, looking up as his fingers curled into a fist and then his arm dropped to his side.? "None of ya'll have done wrong by me, and I won't do wrong by you either.? I'm ready to go on." (Callie Carson) ? Callie eased back the hammer of her pistol, then lowered the weapon away from Sicilien's head. She stepped back and then looked over to Flynn. "Where exactly are we?" she asked him. "Which way to Miller's Crossing?"? It was almost beginning?to feel like an obsession for the redhead. She was tired of the delays. They had given the evil in Miller's Crossing plenty of time to prepare for their arrival. She reckoned it would not be easy to undo all that had been done there at this point. ? (Flynn) The Pookah relaxed when Sicilien released his grip and stepped back and Callie lowered her weapon as well.? He spent a moment soothing his horse, then looked to Callie.? "We're down below the cave you were just in, 'bout seventy, seventy-five feet or so.? This is part of a whole complex of caverns that runs under the lands in this territory.? And this particular cavern..." he gestured to the cool rock walls surrounding them that formed a large tunnel that extended ahead of them into darkness "...goes all the way to Miller's Crossin'. Or rather under the Crossin'.? Them undead ain't likely to be botherin' us down here, so we should be safe.? Till it's time to go up to the surface again, anyways." ? Flynn then held out one hand, palm up, and concentrated.? A glowing ball of silver-white glamour seemed to grow out of his fingers and then float in the air, the glow lighting up and penetrating the darkness around them.? He whispered a few words to it and it began moving down the tunnel ahead of them.? "Just follow the wisp and it'll show the way," he said to everyone in the little band.? "It'll stop when we're under the Crossin'. But don' go wanderin' off nowheres.? Whatever sent them undead at us is still gonna be lookin' for us, so we gotta stay close together in case it finds us." ? The Pookah paused to exchange a grateful look with Callie.? "Thanks for comin' to me rescue there, lover," he said softly, giving her hand a squeeze.? "Ah probably could'a managed on me own, but you saved me from havin' to spend any glamour dealin' with that poor lovesick fool.? And ah think ah'm gonna need ever bit I can hang on to for when we finally come face to face with whatever's been causin' all this trouble." He knew Sicilien was love sick and he understood.? Not that he could blame him, but it wasn¡¯t so
long ago that he was smitten by Etienne a bit himself.? But he was more than aware that there was no
room for him, with another man pining after her.? Wasn¡¯t like they were more than interest anyway
and mostly on his part.? But he could see
the connection between them was similar to his own with his ex, once upon a
time.?

Re: Raconteur City: The Awakening (Posting Order: Scarlett, Kitty/Katya, Hollywood/Diego/NPC Isabel, Ariein, open) Add your name as you join the thread.
(Hollywood/Diego) Hollywood took her rightful seat and Diego sat next to her. She did not pet him like a pet, but gave him room and respect for what he was, a werewolf. Once she had taken her seat, everyone else in the room took one. Some did remain standing but ensured they were to the sides of the room and not in the center. (Kitty/Katya) Kitty and Katya followed with Scarlett in showing the proper respect. Once Hollywood had taken her seat, Kitty found a nearby bar stool and perched herself on the high seat. Katya opted for one of the lounges that had room for Scarlett if she wished. (NPC Isabel) Isabel waited for Hollywood to gesture before coming forward with the list of all those in attendance. Once the list was in her hands, Hollywood looked it over and then scanned to room to see who was there and who was on the list that was not there. She used the provided pen and made some marks on the paper before proceeding. (Hollywood/Katya) Hollywood was not one who was big on speeches, so she got right to the point, "I am glad to see those of you who value your life have decided to make an appearance, but I see that there are a few vampires who are on the city's rooster but are not in my presence. I would like to call Katrina?Deupree forward."?Katya quickly made her way forward, bowed, and waited. "Ms. Deupree, please shed some light on the whereabouts of those in your employ?" Hollywood asked. Katya stood then and with a smile, "I have left them to ensure the business continues to run in my absence. I have given the latest numbers to Isabel." With a nod, "very well, they are reprieved from being reprimanded?for not appearing tonight. It is good to see that the blood banks are being well stocked. Thank you for coming and I am glad to see you are doing well." With a wave for her hand, Katya bowed and then stepped away from the dais?to return to her seat. Hollywood then looked around and saw that there was no one else to call forward at the moment for a report, "I am open for introductions. If you have not formally introduced yourself to me before I went to slumber please do so at this time." (Scarlett MacAleister) ? Scarlett knew Hollywood likely did not know about her exile from the vampire ranks, so she figured someone would brief her after she made her introduction. ? ?She stepped forward, dressed in a tight black leather body suit and black leather jacket. Scarlett bowed, her red hair falling forward off her shoulders as she did so. ? ?"I am Scarlett MacAleister, formerly a Protector of the vampire nation," she announced herself. "I am at your service, your highness." |
