Maggy was bored now. She was many things but she wasn¡¯t a liar and she didn¡¯t like being made to feel like one. Also, she didn¡¯t like the way this woman made her feel. All the hoops she had to jump through only to be made to jump through more hoops. So she was done. ¡°I¡¯m good.¡± She said ¡°thanks for getting my money back.??Maggy turned to walk away. ¡°Have a great day.¡± She said leaving the porch.
(Keira) Keira gave a shrug as she watched the girl leave.? There were plenty of cameras around so if she didn't simply leave, she would be found out.? Once Maggy left the area of the mansions and looked like she was heading to the main gate of The Nightingale, Keira headed inside to check on things with the Benders of Light.? No sense beating a dead horse, if the girl didn't want a job and wasn't willing to go through an interview, that was her business.
