The vampire watched the streetlights pass by as they drove from her safehouse through Raconteur and onto the freeway to make the short trek over to New Orleans. She listened to Zuriel and slowly smiled, "Small talk is fine. I'll begin."
She looked over at the strange, asexual being and looked them up and down inquisitively. "You're not a vampire. You don't have the scent. You definitely not human...at least you aren't these days. Tell me what you are and what do I call you?"
