Sadie was born and raised in Dalton City, located 150 miles west of Port Vega. As a teenager, she began to develop abilities that were unusual and quickly she was labeled a freak by many of her classmates. It was so bad her parents took her out of classes and home-schooled her.
When she was 18, the government tried to recruit her into a secret military training program where they wanted to turn her into a living weapon, but she refused. That refusal caused the government to harass she and her family ¨C eventually causing her father to end up in prison on trumped up tax evasion charges and her mother being left to shut down the family business after the scandal left it bankrupt.
Sadie left at this time and went to Port Vega to seek out a place she¡¯d heard of called the Academy of the Extraordinarily Gifted.
She has exhibited super strength, speed, and the ability to regenerate almost instantly from injuries.
