Misty gave Roddy a smile then looked at the time, "He is on the practice field going through his training. He practices everyday at this time. And no, he isn't weird like that, just extremely built." Then she wrinkled her nose at the mention of smoking. "Yes, you may not smoke inside the buildings. There are doors there," she pointed to the other side of the room, "that lead out onto a balcony. You can smoke out there, but close the doors so that none of the smoke drifts inside. Some mutants are very sensitive to smoke. And make sure you clean up afterwards. Don't leave any butts laying around. There is a trash can out there."

Roddy made a face at the restrictions but then shrugged.? "Okay, I'll be a good boy.? No smoking where it might blow into the building and no butts on the ground."? He glanced over at a set of French doors that led outside.? "The practice field is that way, yes?"? He started to open the door but stopped and looked back to Misty.? "Oh, uh what's this guy's mutant power?? And what does he look like?? In case he's not the only one out there."

"Letting the students use their abilities more when in public and showing that they aren't there to harm others. Rich corporate icon..." She kind of mumbled while thinking, "...you know my father just might know someone. After all he does travel in the mutant circles and knows quite a few of them. Maybe we could be too lucky." She said with a smirk.

"Well, we've been pretty lucky so far.? Just getting this place built in the first place took a good chunk of luck.? And the fact that no one's showed up with protest signs or leaving hate-graffiti on our walls is another bit of luck."? Del chewed on her lip.? "I was kind of worried that something like that would happen.? It has in other towns."? She smiled back at Mia.? "Here's hoping your father comes up with a prospect or two.? A celebrity that people already like would be a super drawing card."
