Carmen had watched the dark haired, dark eyed beauty as she walked to the bar. She liked what she saw and was enjoying view. She wondered why the gal seemed not to sure about being there. She had glanced at the booth where the lady's were and wondered if any of them had something to do with it.?
Then she saw that Thomas guy approach her mystery lady and saw her clearly trying to get away. He had tried the same thing with Carmen just the other night. Deciding that she would help she slid out of her booth and with a smile stepped up to Rhemy, "oh there you are. Was beginning to wonder where you had ran off to." She gave Rhemy a side wink before turning to Thomas, "thank you for keeping my girl company, now if you will excuse us."
Thomas looked at the two as Carmen slid her arm around Rhemy's waist and started leading her away from the bar and towards the dance floor. He simply shook his head, ordered a shot and looked for the next mark.
Once they were on the dance floor, Carmen watched Thomas head off in the opposite direction, "I am Carmen." She said as she kept leading Rhemy to the other side of the dancefloor and the booths.?

Rhemy was thankful that the overly aggressive creep with the hands did not continue to follow her onto the dance for the beautiful brunette walking beside her.? "Thank you so much," she whispered as they walked. "He simply wouldn't take no know for any answer and I was afraid I was going to have to handle him like we handle his type in Brooklyn," she said with a smile of her own. "I'm Rhemy. I feel like I should buy you a drink for the rescue, she would find a better bar away from prying eyes?"
