He hadn't really decided when she knocked, he knew it was her, since he could see through walls and her energy signature kind of matched his own.? "Come in, you never had to knock before."? She opened the door and stepped inside, leaving it opened, "true, but you also rarely close it. Thought I would be respectful and polite." She took a seat in the chair near the window. She could smell the booze on him so knew that he tied one on last night, but she didn't say anything about it. Deciding that asking how he was doing first would be the wrong way to go, she needed to explain her reaction from the night before, first.

"First, I want to explain something. I honestly have never seen you the way you were last night. In fact, I have never been one who could watch someone be that way. So, for that I apologize for my reaction. I guess I never have had a soft heart for those who are suffering...being one who didn't have a family, I did not know how to react to your loss and I honestly still don't." She paused for a moment hoping he would understand her side, then she asked, "how are you, today?"

He arched an eyebrow, not expecting this at all...(respectful and polite?? Who are you and what the hell have you done to Kiera my...)? He stopped that thought, but he continued to listen.? "Soft heart?!?? That is an understatement.? I understand you may not have had a family.? I did, telling me to get over it or that my mourning had to be over by today...was the wrong way to go.? I had a falling out with my family, my sister was my best friend, none of them deserved to die the way they did!??So your words were in poor timing and poor taste."? He sighed as he looked at her, in truth he really was all cried out!? But, the anger and his boldness still remained.
"I think you know how I feel about you and if you don't...you should!? If you don't want me...or want this.? It would be best for you to tell me now!"? The only thing she had going for her right now was that he was in love with her, so despite his anger at her...he really had heard her apology.?
