She shook her head no. ¡°I¡¯ll get whatever I need on the island. I¡¯m ready.¡± She said adamantly.
(Draven)
Draven had learned by now to not argue with Khadashee. When her mind was made up, there was no changing it. "Very well, then." He looked to Eryc, "make sure to keep him busy." Je said indicating Damon. "And if he wants to go ashore let him. Maybe he will get himself lost in the jungle." He said with a chuckle.?
He grabbed hold of his sea bag and swing it to his back, slipping an arm through the strap. He let Khadashee go down the plank to the dock in front of him. Once they were ashore he took her hand and started leading then towards the trees.
There was a hidden trail that one could not see until they were standing right in front of it. He lead them along the trail. When they were deep into the forest, one could just start to hear the muffled sounds of other people.
