Belanie listened to the story taking mental notes. There were holes in his story and much he was leaving out. ¡°She left you, but you never hurt her?¡± That bit of news didn¡¯t add up.?
But when he simply dropped the subject just as quickly as he first brought it up, she frowned. ¡°Of course.¡± She said rising. She crossed the room to pull a long braided chord. ¡°If you take yourself to the kitchen I shall have food waiting for you.? Mattaeo is standing outside, he can take you to the kitchen. Enjoy Lord Draven.¡±

"No, I never hurt her. Someone else did and she took it to mean that we were all keeping a secret of her being a part werewolf from her on purpose. I was going to tell her in my own time and when I felt it was the right time, but Esmeralda had to open her saucy mouth. That is what happened." Draven's blood was starting to boil and all of the anger that he felt towards his supposed loving family started to surface once again.
"I do not wish to dine alone." He announced as he did not make a move towards the door. "And what is the payment that you will want in exchange for spell casting?"
