There were questions.? So many questions.? How does one become a vampire?? Why do they drink blood?? Can they still eat regular food or do they refuse just on principal?? What kind of powers does one get as a result, and do they stay forever or only as long as you feed?? Can vampirism be cured?? All this and more was flying around in his head making him even more starved for that knowledge that he sorely lacked.? Oh, but this meant that he could learn and Roue was quite studious if nothing else.? Sometimes he holed himself away in the library of the Geffen tower, finding some deep, dark corner and pouring over various tomes and theorems.? It was also where...it was also where he met that one, that person and suddenly he felt his heart ache and the corners of his eyes welled up with tears.
"A-are there others like you?? Who also get...um...fed by sex?? I mean, I don't really know anything about this," Roue pensively said, trying to focus on anything but his past memories.? "Actually, all of this is new to me.? And to be honest, it's overwhelming...to find out that not only is my world connected to this one, but there are various other universes out there.? Who or what makes all these connections?"? Biting his lip, the elf looked back at the vampire, hand going to cup his lover's cheek as his thumb idly rubbed the lower lip.? He pressed it down, looking at Rabbit's pearly whites.? The fangs were still there, just slightly protruding out of his gums.? No one would ever notice unless they had really studied the youth.
"Are you sure though?? That you should trust me...," Roue started but when he saw how Rabbit looked back at him he suddenly became flustered.? "Uh...I mean, I have just come from a completely different world, and all.? How do you know that I'm not...dangerous?"
