Aurora watched as everyone took their seats.? She gave Mara
a smile then, ¡°I believe everyone is present...no, where is Misty?¡± With that
she stood up.? ¡°Good evening and welcome to the Benders of Light
headquarters.? As you all know, I am Aurora.? This is Photon, my
second.? Please, lift your face shield and take a seat.? This is
Jordie and Liza.? This is Mara.? I would like the others to please
introduce yourselves.? First, Jordie and Liza may speak.? I wish for
you all to tell what your abilities are.? I will reveal mine
afterwards.? Jordie, Liza.¡±? Aurora sat back down to let the others
have the floor.

(Jordie/Liza)
The couple stood.? ¡°I am Jordie.? I am the Benders of
Light computer geek.? I have eyes that read faster than a normal human,
which is why I wear sunglasses most of the time.? If you need something
found or something to disappear from the net, I can make that happen.?
Liza.¡±

¡°I am Liza, as mentioned, I handle all of the financial aspects
of the program¡¡±

(Misty)
Misty came walking rather quickly into the dining room.?
Her suit was a calm blue color, ¡°sorry I am late¡¡± She stopped talking as soon
as she realized that there were others standing.? With an embarrassed
smile she quickly and quietly took her seat next to Jordie¡¯s, as she caught the
disappointment look from Aurora.

(Liza)
Liza continued, "I am able to acquire many things in the
financial systems.? I work with Jordie...I really don't know what else to
say." With that, the two sat back down.

[Mara]
?
Once Jordie and Liza
introduced themselves, then promptly sat down, it was Mara's turn.? The
snake-like woman rose up, pushing the chair back with her foot, brushing her
bangs back with a clawed hand, opening her mouth to speak when Misty skulked
in, voicing her embarrassment at being late, afterwards silently sliding into a
free seat.? She knew that the weather girl was going to get an earful for
this later, having not only broken one of Aurora's foremost rules on always
being prompt, but also interrupting the introductions.? But it was none of
her business so she spared it no further thought.
?
"Within these
grounds, my name is Mara.? Outside of the walls, I am Sandtooth, though I
do employ several other monickers.? I specialize in stalking, subterfuge,
and when the situation calls it, assassination," Mara explained, crossing
her arms as she looked over the newcomers again.? Everyone was certainly
sitting at attention, though the blond haired young man at the very end seemed
especially intent on looking at her.? The way his dusty blue eyes glazed
over spoke volumes to Mara whose own turquoise colored orbs settled over
his.? Her tongue darted out a few times, sampling the air, her lips
curving into a knowing smirk.? The boy was giving off mixed signals, equal
parts enthralled and afraid.? Now, wasn't that interesting...? Mara's
eyes darted to look at Aurora, then just as quickly looked away.? "My
powers include shapeshifting and poison.? You will never know I'm there
unless I want you to, and I am always watching.? That is all."

With that, she settled
down, crossing her legs again, reaching for a glass of water.? The
information she had gained was definitely going to be useful.? Mara knew
that Aurora would understand her look.? Interesting indeed.
(Lightning Rod)
It took Roddy a few
moments to recover after Mara had introduced herself.? The brief glance
she'd favored him with had left him left him feeling like he'd been weighed and
found... not completely wanting. The intensity of her eyes though sent an
involuntary shiver straight down his spine that somehow ended up in his balls -
but only after passing through his bowels and making him think he was about to
shit himself.??
"Hi," he
finally managed, standing up to address the others.? "I'm Lightning
Rod.? I... make things attract electricity.? The longer I focus on
something, the more electricity is gonna zap it.? Normally I'd give you a
demo but doing it indoors is kind of risky."? He glanced at Mara and
felt the need to sound more impressive.? "I've done some jobs for the
local Chechen mob," he went on, smirking as he added "Knocked this
one flying chick who was giving them problems right out of the sky.? Fried
her sorry ass pretty good."
With that, he sat down
quickly, wondering if he'd impressed the snake-woman. And wondering what he'd
do next if he had.

(Raine)?
?He arched his eyebrow at his would-be lover.?
He frowned even though it was hidden as he only trusted
her with his secret and now he had to trust the rest of this group. He smiled
as he knew if something went wrong at least he would get to kill them. He
hadn¡¯t caused a head to pop with microwaves for awhile now. Only for her would
he do something even remotely close to this.

?He listened to her give instructions as he listened
to everyone's abilities he was too much like his father for his own good
already plotting how those there could be best used for their skills and
abilities. Jordie was clearly a techie that would come in handy for all of
them. The first thing he needed was to make all members of this group
disappear. Effective to not be traced.
?
?He knew Liza¡good with calculations. He had worked
with her a couple of times to turn his allowance into a large some which
currently made washing money a bit easier as they made it roll through enough
shell and legit corporations for it to be squeaky clean.
?
?They had worked with Mara enough times to trust her
and be aware of her, he couldn¡¯t sneak up on her simply because she was
sensitive to heat. But he wasn¡¯t without his abilities in keeping an eye on her
as well. He too was ever watchful, he had trust issues go figure.
?
?Lighting Rod he wasn¡¯t sure about, but he did keep
track of him and noticed the visual interaction between him and Mara. ¡®Was he
trying to impress her? Good luck with that pretty boy.¡¯ He thought, knocking
someone out of the sky versus a shapeshifting assassin¡yeah. ¡®You are the
weakest link¡bye Felicia!¡¯ He didn¡¯t crack a smile which he would have laughed
had it been Brandon introducing himself to knock him down yet another peg, but
that was a family thing.
¡°Raine, Body Transformation/Energy/Electromagnetic
Spectrum for those of you not familiar with your physics anywhere from
Infra-red to Ultraviolet.¡± He said simply he didn¡¯t have anyone to impress all
of those people were elsewhere he was his own person now¡no matter how much he
missed them.
