In Palyndra's presence, Roue was all but transfixed on this mysterious beauty.? He'd heard Rabbit saying something about exploring, the doors, getting lost and revealing one's innermost secrets, but all he could do was just nod at what his lover said.? Yet, as the youthful vampire continued, his words soon floated completely into the background until he heard nothing else but her voice, crystal clear and so very soothing.? It drew him in, like a moth to a fire, and he simply couldn't look away.? Roue didn't, or rather, couldn't understand why.? If he had to describe that feeling, it was if she was the fay leyline personified, the magic swirling about her and then settling upon her being like a shawl made out of constantly moving wind.? It wasn't until she took her hand away that everything suddenly came back into the forefront and he suddenly felt dizzy, but before he could do or say anything, Palyndra was gone, which to him seemed like a feat considering how bright and tall and hypnotic she was.

So when Rabbit pulled him back, away from the maze-like corridors, he didn't resist.? He still felt as if he was floating in a dream-like state, wondering if he imagine this lady or she was indeed real.? Was he...was he drunk on her magic?? One thing's for sure, his desire to see her again did not abate.? Rabbit's hands suddenly patting him down brought his body back to earth, but he still felt like his head was in the clouds.

"W-what?? Oh, sorry.? No, I'm alright, don't worry," the elf said, grabbing the anxious vampires hand and kissing each upon the top.? "How do I feel...I feel floaty?? Dreamy?? I'm not sure how to describe it...Is Palyndra real or did I just hallucinate everything?? Do you know who she is?? She said she knew about my world..."? But reality set in and she wasn't there anymore, but Rabbit was.? So instead, he focused his attention on his lover, pulling him into an impromptu hug.

"Where did you go though?? You said you want to go find someone, but when I looked for you, I didn't see you.? Then, I got distracted by all the different music I heard.? It was fascinating," he asked, having never heard of some of the instruments that his ears were able to pick out.? He was very curious about who Rabbit went to find.? A brief spark of jealousy seemed to ignite within him but was just as easily extinguished.? Well, it's not like Rabbit was bound him, nor he to Rabbit, so what business of his was it really where his young host went?? "Did you find who you needed?"
