¿ªÔÆÌåÓýDoug, That¡¯s a pretty straight boiler. Some NYC modelers have used the Mantua Mikado¡¯s for NYC¡¯s near straight boilered Mikes. From there it becomes a matter of how detailed you want it. For me the cylinders look heftier than Mantua¡¯s and the H5¡¯s have baker valve gear. The sand box would have to changed or much modified. I¡¯m not sure about the steam dome as I don¡¯t a Mantua handy right now. From there it¡¯s a matter of how much of the piping and appliances you want to put on it. Oh yes, that tender¡. John Hagen ?
