QY100 - Song length

Rocky #606 Hi everyone, I’ve had my QY100 for a while now and I’ve always been puzzled about this aspect. If I create a song using patterns, say just MAINA &B, and fills, but don’t want an elaborate "ending" it seems that the song will never end, just keeps playing the last chord with the last pattern ad infinitum.. Can I enforce a sequence length, without using the end pattern? Apologies for the ultra simple question….. but any advice would be appreciated.. Cheers, Rocky.

(For those unfamiliar: Hold SHIFT and press and release 1,2, and 9. Release SHIFT. Press ENTER.) Rocky #608 Thanks for the immediate reply Marc… this is great! Out of interest, is that similar/equivalent to the "SYSTEM REALTIME MESSAGE" FCH? Cheers Rocky..
Rocky #609 Edited Works like a charm. "129 End" in the bar after your final bar!! An extra bonus is that the sequence now loops seamlessly, when I shift-play. Thank you Marc! Rocky.

"In the bar after your final bar": Yes and you've worded this clearer than I did. :) I'm not sure whether it is equivalent to the MIDI "system realtime message" you mentioned. You could monitor the MIDI output of the QY100 to see if it emits that or some other message upon reaching the "End" bar.
