go dig in the menus, it's quite easy really. i think it's under 'insert event'. you could then capture/copy the syx message and put it on the remoteSL. yamaha sysex is pretty good, no checksum for XG

this is a real shame about QY70/100: there's no midi channel on/off parameter. you have to enter a sysex message - thankfully pre-listed - in the Song mode, and 'run' the song to activate the message

Yes they do! and will send any midi in to the port/channel configured as the selected track even on standby.
