1/ figure out how to send midi and midiCCs onwards thru abelton to a hardware device
(read manual, ignore the nanocontrol, use something else)
2/ read the manual for your nanocontrol2, to figure out how to put it in CC mode and assign CC numbers to the controls.
it probably can't do enough midiCCs for the whole of the QY, and you'd be better off with something like the RemoteSL, which does already have a QY mapping made for it (not aware of anyone else having mapped a controller to QY).
?
nobody here is attempting to do what you're wanting to do. i have a nanocontrol here but want to get rid of it, as the drivers just messed up my computer more, and i'm not going to attempt it again. the Novation has 40 pages to store templates to. doubt you can do that with the korg.
?
the nanocontrol is really intended to be used with DAWs and plugins and assigned on the fly, i think. but it can send midiCCs too. thing is, you can't set up multipage edit templates with it by the look of things.
?
the other way would be to have/make a VST plugin editor for the QY, sending out necessary messages, and you assign the nanocontrol with midilearn as and when you need it. wouldn't be my go-to solution - but that's probably how you use it now with plugin synths?
