Every MIDI CC parameter on the QY100 can be found directly on the QY100 if you go to Edit Mode and click Insert?then switch from Note to CC. The struggle might be that the QY100 makes use of not only MIDI CC but also RPN, NRPN, and various XG parameters. Those parameters might be harder to connect to unless the nanoKONTROL2 supports those parameters or allows you to write the hexadecimal code for controlling them.

MIDI CC should be sufficient for shaping most of the sound though as it will allow you to modify attack, release, cutoff, and resonance.
