It is free and very easy to use, though I myself use Filer… but I did have an issue with a QY70 song restore one time… saved fine but wouldn’t restore. ?Mostly I use the QY100 with SmartMedia and a card reader for the PC, but my issue may have been midi cables as well.

Often times with windows its old drivers that muck up midi communications, so you could try a bit of device driver housecleaning or try a different pc that doesn’t have alot of midi drivers on it.

I looked into SysEx Librarian but i've got a Windows PC and that's only for Macs. I use Stagg midi cables if that helps.
