I can’t say for certain if there’s anything better than the “Mellow” patch to get the Monotron ?sound, however, I would certainly venture to guess that adding one of the 43 variations and adjusting it’s settings (and the wet/dry of the variation) might get you alot closer to the sound you are looking for ?since many of them have a good number of tweakable parameters… Also adding/tweaking the chorus and reverb parameters might also help (to a lesser degree). ??
