I tried the factory reset, with no luck. It's a low-level problem and the operating system is not booting.
Also, this QY100 shipped with a big 2 Amp DC adapter that only puts out 6 volts.
Maybe this low voltage thing damaged the power regulator. Could I test that theory somehow?
