An idea hit me, and I'm wondering if it's possible. The idea is a combination RAM/ROM cartridge -- the basic patches, performances, and other data is burned into the ROM so it's always there on hand.

There are two Yahoo groups for YamahaDX. There is this one and the DX_FIles group, since file space is limited for one group. I added a DX7S SysEx folder on the DX_Files group and uploaded 4 sysex
