I have uploaded some files to the "DX7s" folder in this group.
The IC was a "Mitsubishi M5M23C100-520P" - CMOS MROM 1 MBIT (128K x 8) and there are saved three voice and performance banks (1,2,4) and one fractional scaling bank (3). Bank 1 and 4 are identical, instead bank one performances use cartridge voices and bank four
performances use the internal voices. Here you will find more information and a list of sounds:
