I don't have it, but it's supposed to be pretty good. One I have used is on Virtual Sampler, which has it's own DX emulation. That one is nearly spot on - there is a Feedback issue; turn it down

The program you want is Soundlib. It's freeware. I think you should be able to find it in a search. Don't forget to get the freeware password (it used to be shareware but the author has released it
