I use a program called WINRAR. If I am not mistaken, I got it from www.pcworld.com in the download section. If it is not there any search engine should be able to find it for you.

All the files on the file section are compressed with extension .RAR
None of my depackers recogize this format.(winzip and alladdin
expander) Where can you get the unpacker for RAR files? perhaps it
should be loaded on the file section as most people use ZIP.
