Re: TX81Z - Patch Editor?

Greetings; I won't actually get hold of the TX81Z I recently bought
for a few days yet, but I've done quite a bit of reading up on
it...SoundDiver (Emagic) is one librarian/editor that works for this
module...in fact SD comes with a pre-made adaptation for the TX81Z.

I already use SoundDiver to edit patches for the FB-01 (the module
which inspired me to pick up a TX81Z), and IME the FM parameters are
very easy to understand and control in SD's clever interface. A built-
in mini-sequencer and virtual patch bay makes it easy to test out
your creations as you go along.

As for freebies, I haven't found one yet (I have no need to really),
but I have a URL w/ lots of TZ81Z resources, so maybe you can find an
editor through this site (which also has many TX81Z presets):

Cheers
Glenn

However, I've heard that editing is a nightmare using the front
panel - and hence some sort of PC based patch editor is essential.

I've searched around the net - and most patch editors I can find
are
written for either Amiga or MAC platforms.
