does anyone know much about drum machine models? i'm looking to pick up the cheepest thing i can that:
1) has a 16step sequencer editable in realtime
2) does midi out
3) can synch to other drum machines (of same make/model or other)
internal sounds are not of consideration (got a sampler, etc), i'm going for the basics here (looking to do it for a real time electronic "drum circle"). the ER by korg would be an obvious choice but i'm wondering if there is anything older/cheeper that can also get the job done.
has anyone used Beatpad for palm pilot? i've been considering that . . .
anyway, any tips would be apreciateed, thanks!
