Not sure why the email didn't arrive (maybe the group doesn't accept attachments?).
Anyway, my pleasure. I can't remember if I got it on a Facebook group or on the Yamaha forum. In any case, 1 down, 2 to go. It would be fantastic to get issues #2 and #4 at some point, I'm sure they're out there somewhere.
