Hi people!
I'm curious about the synth part at the beginning of the song - the arpeggiated synth.
"...another unusual part was created with a MIDIed synth stack for the
main guitar part in the verses of "Everyone Wants To Rule The World". We
MIDIed the two DX-7's with the (Prophet) T8, all roughly playing guitar
sounds, and programmed the sequence, Stanley describes...then the
guitar played the same part in the same register and triggered the
sequence at the same time. It helped the synth sounds become a bit more
organic with the sound of the guitar."--
It's kinda similar to ROM2B - 17. HARP-FLUTE, but not exactly equal.
