250,000?? That's too many to dig through.??
It's no problem to find zillions of DX7 patch online for free.
What such big libraries need to have added value:
- Are they sorted and categorized in a useful way?
- Have duplicates been removed?
What also helps is good Librarian/Editor software to search, organize, and modify your patches.
Those eBay libraries are probably patches that can already be found on the internet. For free.
