Have you tried using an email address for sending and receiving
mail in this forum?? If you have no other means, Google (gmail),
Microsoft (hotmail) and Yahoo all provide free email accounts,
along with online means to send/receive emails.
Frankly, I think that trying to get Yahoo Groups to correct your
online problems is a waste of your time.? As owner and moderator
of a couple of other forums -- and former moderator of a very
large one -- I can tell you that support for Yahoo Groups is
practically non-existent.? Even moderators and owners have no
means of contacting Yahoo for proper support.? (If you actually
receive a reply from Yahoo in less than a couple of weeks, I will
be very pleasantly surprised.)? And as Daniel pointed out, it's
unclear if Yahoo developers contacted anyone to ask if a) they
wanted the new interface; and b) if there were any problems they
would like to have seen fixed during the process.
Yahoo Groups is worth at least what we pay for it -- which,
unfortunately, is nothing ...
