You can use my latest update of DXconvert to convert the library to DX7(II) compatible sysex files. DXconvert-1.1.3 could not yet read Greg's library. Version 1.1.4 can be downloaded from the usual places:

DXconvert can now also read single DX21/TX81Z editvoice patches, not only complete banks. I needed to implement this before I could read Greg's library.
