Just installed the Ft-857D, FC-40, Hustler bumper strap mount and 102"
SS Whip in my truck. It works on all bands but 40 meters (high SWR) I
have tried extra lenght of coax added to the supplied coax. I have
added Ground cable from tuner to frame and still no luck.... I did put
a 40 meter Ham Stick on it and it tuned it no problem. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
