开云体育Gary ? Early model 847’s did not have bidirectional CAT control by design from yaesu and therefore could not communicate with CAT software.? YAESU realized this issue and later model 847’s were provided with bidirectional CAT and yaesu offered a mod upgrade for free (at the time).? If you have bidirectional CAT, all you need for connectivity is a null modem serial cable from your computer to the radio.? You will need a usb to serial adapter if your computer does not have native serial ports.? When buying this adapter make sure that it is not one of the cheap Chinese made which will not work.?
