I found the solution: the internal speaker is "a kind of" defect. By pluging in an external speaker, no distortions are there. Thank you all for helping me. I have another problem with that trcv but

Thanks, that did the trick changed L 26-28 and H 33-36. Rig if on freq adjusted it on UHF with my IFR-1200S so within about 10hz. The variable not the best. Think I will put in a TCXO next.
